Today Bryan and I attempted a transaction concerning an end table/night stand at a McDonalds in Ogden (outskirts of Wimington). Phoebe came along with because "Hedgehogs make you more approachable."
(Bryan) "Phoebe is like Dora the Explorer, except she's a hedgehog." Moments later, she bit Bryan enough that when he jerked she still had grip on his skin. No blood was drawn.
We did indeed get approached later, but only by a Dad and two twin teenage boys asking "What is that?"
"This is a nightstand we're selling." (thinking he might be the buyer)
"No that little critter."
The buyer never showed, but we learned that hedgehogs do indeed make you approachable. And Dollar Tree rocks for having great sales on name brand items.
